The cardio based dance movements are low impact easy to follow which target areas such as the abdomen, buttocks, arms, and legs. No complicated advance dance movements. Children/teens group fitness/after school cultural enrichment program. Afternoon/evening; learn about the cultures of our 50th State of Hawaii and experience nature through the popular art form ” modern hula dance” Tell a story with your hands.

Take advantage of our summer day camp experience for 2024 starts Session 1 on June 17th-28th from 10am – 2pm. and Session 2 on July 15th -26th for $100.00 per session.
