A dance fitness that incorporates contemporary Hawaiian and traditional Tahitian music and beats. The cardio based dance movements are low impact easy to follow which target areas such as the abdomen, buttocks, arms and legs. The class has some hula movements that represents nature such as wind, sun rising, swimming in the ocean and much more. Although the fitness class may be highly influenced by the nature of the dance routines; it is a work out and no previous dance experience is necessary. All one does is to follow along with everyone else and enjoy! Group classes 6-10 participants, may call to drop in for each class. All classes are on Wednesday evenings at 6 pm.
